Why is my product not discounted in the shopping cart?

Coupon codes may not apply to all products sold online because not all manufacturers allow sales or discounts of their products. For an updated list of items that may not be discounted please email [email protected]

Can you order a product for me?

Need an item we don’t stock? No problem, we’re happy to special order it for you. We’ll be able to tell you the delivery details when we place the order. Please email [email protected] or call for details 604.467.7118

What is your Return Policy?

Hatch Match’r wants you to love your fishing gear, but if something isn’t right we want to know, and we’ll do our best to find you the right item.

Return your purchase with a receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

Exceptions and exclusions:

  • All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
  • Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
  • Some special order returns subject to 15% restocking fee

For online orders

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and inspect the item to ensure compliance with the above exceptions/exclusions.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund on the original method of payment or exchange the item, your choice.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if applicable will be deducted from the return.
  • If we made a mistake with the original shipment, we will gladly pay the return shipping.

Do you ship to the United States?

We’re happy to ship items to our American fishing buddies. Rates can be found on our shipping fees page.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders greater than $100.00 (before shipping).


Is my wishlist private?

When you set up your wishlist you have the following privacy options:
Public (Anyone can view it. Visible in search results to all).
Password protected (Anyone can view it using the password. Visible in search results to logged-in users).
Private (Only you can view it when logged in. Visible in search results to you alone).

Can I share my wishlist?

Friends and family can find your wishlist by searching for your name in the ‘Find a Wishlist’ page; 

How do I create a wishlist?

To create a ‘wish list’ you need to have an account. Registering for an account is free.
