Can I order online?

In order to provide our customers with personalized service, at this time we only accept telephone orders or better yet, help our customers when they visit Hatch Match’r.  Feel free to call or email us to find you the best fishing equipment for you.

Can you order a product for me?

Need an item we don’t stock? No problem, we’re happy to special order it for you. We’ll be able to tell you the delivery details when we place the order.

What is your Return Policy?

Hatch Match’r wants you to love your fishing gear, but if something isn’t right we want to know, and we’ll do our best to find you the right item.

Return your purchase with a receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

Exceptions and exclusions:

  • All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
  • Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
  • Some special order returns subject to 15% restocking fee

Shipping

I don't live near your store in the Vancouver area, can you ship my order to me? 

At Hatch Match’r we’re always happy to ship you your fishing gear to your home. There will be a small shipping fee to cover delivery costs, but hey, it’s likely cheaper than gas.
